Diabetic Neuropathy
At Blue Mountain Wellness we specialize in reversing Diabetic Neuropathy.
But you’re a chiropractor
Neuropathy is often met with frustration—burning, tingling, numbness, and the sinking feeling that your only options are medications that don’t actually fix the problem. But what if there was another way?
As a Doctor of Chiropractic, I take a different approach to neuropathy. While many associate chiropractic care with spinal adjustments, my expertise extends far beyond that. Neuropathy isn’t simply a pain problem—it’s a nerve and circulation issue, and true healing requires a comprehensive approach that medicine alone doesn’t provide.
My role is to identify and correct what your medical doctor cannot—focusing on restoring function, improving circulation, and giving your body what it needs to heal naturally. The tools I use aren’t found in a pharmacy; they come from years of training in chiropractic alternative medicine and a deep understanding of the body’s ability to regenerate.
This mission is personal to me. My grandfather suffered from diabetic neuropathy that led to amputation and ultimately left him handicapped. I know firsthand what happens when neuropathy is left untreated—or worse, when it’s only managed with symptom-masking medications. That’s why I’m committed to helping patients find real solutions that restore their quality of life.
If you’ve been told there’s nothing more you can do, it’s time for a different conversation. Let’s talk.
The days of constant pain are far behind thanks to Dr. Tressler. He is very patient, and detailed on the painful areas and finds ways to improve them. I walk out if the office feeling like a new person each time. Everyone in the office is always happy to see you and are very welcoming.

Diabetic Neuropathy Reversal At Blue Mountain wellness In Lebanon County, PA
It is important to understand that when your body is in pain, it’s usually trying to tell you something. Think of it as a check engine light going off. You could choose to cover that light up and continue driving your car, or you could find out what the issue is to fix it before it becomes a bigger issue.
Applying this logic to neuropathy,
Finding the cause of neuropathy is the first step.
In diabetics, there is inflammation which affects blood flow and chronically stresses the body. Due to this state, the nerves can demyelinate, which is when the outer sheathing of the nerve breaks down.
In these instances, patients will start to experience different symptoms. For some it’s tingling and numbness, for others it feels like there is a rolled-up sock in their shoe, or they are walking on pebbles. Regardless of what the symptoms are, the reality is that the damaged nerves are disrupting the signals back to the brain.
Due to these affected signals, to the brain, other symptoms may present which may include disrupted balance, the sensation of walking on marshmallows, or increased sensitivity to things like bedsheets. Many patients with neuropathy may sit in their house with shoes on all day because it helps give them some relief, while others are only comfortable in open-toe shoes.
In diabetics, neuropathy is an end-stage pathology. This means the nerves are dying as a result of being diabetic.
Our approach is to heal the body from the inside out. The result of lowering blood sugar levels allows the body to express itself at a higher capacity. Our method of increasing vitality in our patients is the solution to reversing neuropathy.
Working with our chiropractors in Lebanon County is a wellness journey, and in doing so we are able to help our patients reverse their neuropathy.
Type II diabetes is also known as adult-onset diabetes. In these case types, the common denominator is high sugar levels. The sugar level is high because the body is unable to regulate normal blood glucose. The only way to address this is to fix the underlying metabolic component, through nutrition. This is a measurable issue that we are able to manage with great success in our diabetic neuropathy reversal program.
What does blood sugar have to do with neuropathy? Increased blood sugar equates to increased inflammation.
