We want to make sure you’re all set before you come into the office so you know what to expect and we can be the most efficient with your time. Here is some important info to look over before your first visit.

• Make sure you complete the New Patient Paperwork Online. If you would rather complete this in person, at the office, please arrive 15 minutes early to do so.

• We value your time so all we ask is that you respect ours. Please notify the office at any time if you will be late for an appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule any late appointments.
• If you cannot make an appointment or need to reschedule PLEASE LET US KNOW. When you schedule an appointment, you reserve time to see the doctor. If you do not show, you are taking that time away from someone else who may have been able to use it. We’ll respect your time if you respect ours.
